The Nokia N97 mini is a touch screen smartphone with QWERTY keyboard that slides under the screen. 5 megapixel camera lets you shoot 640×480 resolution video at 30 frames per second. There’s Wi-Fi, GPS, USB, and Bluetooth. It is a quad-band GSM and tri-band UMTS 3G phone with high-speed HSDPA mobile data connectivity.

The Nokia N97 mini is powered by Symbian operating system and S60 touch screen software. The N97 mini is physically smaller. Although the resolutions of the touch screens are the same, the display on the N97 mini is smaller; 3.2 inches against 3.5 inches. The N97 mini has smaller (8GB) internal memory space for applications and data. The N97 has respectable amount, 32GB, of internal memory space. Both have memory card slots for extra storage space.
