Palm Pre: Start Thinking Ahead

A new smartphone introduced by Palm last week was a biggest announcement of last week. The Palm Pre announcement also marked an announcement for the new Pal operating system webOS, whose applications and services reply on an always-on connection to the Internet.

If we talk about it’s technical specifications then it has 3.1 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors and a Full QWERTY keyboard.

It is a slider phone and it’s design is amazing. This phone is having the ability to keep records of unlimited contacts and call records. This is inbuilt with 8GB of memory card. This is a 3G phone and supports Wi-Fi, GPRS, Bluetooth, EDGE, USB, HSDPA and infrared technologies.

It has a 3MP camera with fixed focus LED Flash. It is loaded with Palm webOS and a strong processor ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz and PowerVR SGX graphics. Overall this phone is amazing and it’s design is great.
